Insurance
File a claim with your insurance company to: • Cover your repair costs • Check your eligibility for a car rental • Ensure that you receive an insurance claim number. Once you have left your vehicle with us, your insurance appraiser will come in and examine all repairs that are covered by your insurance.
Reporting an Accident
Under Ontario law, you are required to report a collision to police if total damage exceeds $5,000, if anyone is injured, or if public property has been damaged. Reporting is done at a Collision Reporting Centre in the municipality where the accident occurred.
